The highlight of my visit was dining at Dar L'Azrak, the hotel's outdoor gem extending over the glistening waters. There, a private butler curated a three-course masterpiece, perfectly complemented by panoramic views marrying the city hustle with the tranquil sea.The homestyle bistro cafe, where I admired the Crusader's Castle and ancient port, served as a tranquil backdrop for indulging in the region's gastronomic delights. The award-winning Byblos Sur Mer Lebanese restaurant was a sensory paradise, a true ode to Abu Dhabi's culinary scene.Walking through the old souk, the market's eclectic charm was a prelude to an unforgettable seafood feast. Watching the chef select the freshest fish for our meal at Dar L'Azrak added a personal touch to the dining experience, symbolizing the region's culinary prowess.Byblos Sur Mer is not just a hotel; it is a gateway to Byblos's vibrant nightlife and diverse dining scene.
